Vision, Mission, and Objectives

The Specialized Health Services Center at the University aims directly or through its affiliated departments and units to invest its funds both domestically and internationally using various means and for various purposes, thereby diversifying its sources of income. To achieve this, the center is allowed to:

1. Provide diagnostic consultations and therapeutic services for a fee, aiming to partially establish a specialized university hospital.
2. Conduct tests to confirm the quality of medicines, food, and other products referred to it by relevant authorities.
3. Conduct professional courses to enhance the skills of medical and paramedical staff.
4. Organize training courses in the field of medical equipment maintenance, introduce modern technologies, and computerize medical management.
5. Provide opportunities for postgraduate students to have practical training in the center’s activities for a fee determined by the center’s management.
6. Collaborate with modern medical colleges in teaching, practical training, curriculum suggestions, and regulations according to the center’s capabilities, provided that the beneficiary bears the cost list provided by the center.
7. Provide consultations in the medical equipment preparation for health facilities and prepare specifications.
8. Contribute to improving the health level by acting as a consulting body for projects related to various health services.
9. Attract national competencies working abroad to cooperate with the center in service provision and training programs.
10. Work on the principle of a medical insurance system in providing medical service to employees of public and private sectors and individuals.
11. Conduct and manage all investment activities falling within the center’s scope of work in all its forms.
12. Strengthen cooperation with relevant Arab, African, and international bodies and institutions to benefit from their experiences and capabilities.
13. Aim to contract with medical institutions or companies to provide medical treatment services, consultations, tests, training, development, and related activities within the center.
14. Undertake all actions and activities that would achieve its established purposes.
15. Establish branches or offices independently or in partnership with others.
16. Import the necessary materials and equipment for work.
17. Establish investment projects and hospitals.
